A fusion of resistance training, elements of cardio, flexibility training and neuro-motor exercise.
Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. A fully guided session where your instructor will provide a range of exercise intensity options, so you may choose which level of challenge you wish to work at.

REFORMER FLEXI
It's like yoga on a reformer. Deep stretching and soul-restoring breathwork, which will leave you feeling calm and connected to your body.

Wednesday 11:15am & Thursday 6pm at East Maitland, plus Sundays monthly at Thornton (check schedule online).
STUDIO PILATES
There's more to Pilates than the Reformer! Experience the benefits of a small group class utilising a variety of Pilates apparatus including Wunda Chair, Barrel Ladder and Cadillac.

Sessions held Monday 4:15pm & 5:15pm; Thursday 6am, 7am, 8:30am & 9:30am; Saturday 8am & 9am; plus Sunday sessions monthly (check timetable online). Thornton studio only.
BARRE PILATES
Ballet meets cardio meets endurance training in this invigorating workout which not only elevates the heart rate (in a good way), it also works the legs, core, arms, glutes and more! This class includes standing exercises utilising the ballet barre for stability, as well as some mat based exercises.

REFORMER HIIT
A cardio-infused joyful jumpboard class that will have you feeling your legs and your core!
Incorporates use of the jumpboards on our reformers.
May not be suitable for pre-natal clients or anyone prone to vertigo.

SPRING CHICKENS 55+
A reformer Pilates class programmed specifically for our mature members aged 55+

Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. A fully guided session where your instructor will provide a range of exercise intensity options, so you may choose which level of challenge you wish to work at.

REFORMER STRETCH
If you're looking for a greater range of motion, this is the class for you! You certainly don't need to be flexible to participate - this class is a great way to increase your range of motion and find alignment with each movement.
Maximum class capacity: 10 participants

Suitable for males and females of all ages.
Great for athletes during the off season, return to exercise following surgery / post-natal, perfect for dancers to compliment their training program, and amazing for general fitness & wellness!
